Cancellation Policy

• We charge  for no-show appointments and late cancelations (within 3 hours of your appointment).
• No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the booked services.
• Late cancelations (within 3 hours of your appointment) will be charged 50% of the services booked.
• We are a small, locally-owned business and these things are costly to us.
• We fully understand that things crop up in life that are out of our control, and we would really appreciate your understanding of the impact that no-shows and late cancellations have on our business.
